I am looking to sublease my amazing apartment located in Congress Park! It is right on the edge of Congress Park and Cheeseman. It is walking distance from the botanic gardens, Cheeseman Park, restaurants/stores, and from Colfax. The building is tucked away on a quiet street. The whole building was just renovated, meaning brand new appliances, showers, etc. The building itself has a workout area, a dog wash, parking if needed, and a separate laundry room. The apartment itself is very spacious, can easily fit two people and any animals you might have. There is a large living area with a kick out room from the kitchen that I have put a dining table in. The bedroom is large with plenty of closet space. The apartment comes with multiple closets/storage space, you also get your own storage unit in the basement to place any overflow you may have. The kitchen has brand new appliances and has the combo washer/dryer. I have absolutely loved my time here and would stay if I could, I have to relocate for . One of my favorite parts of the apartment is that it includes a large balcony that overlooks the street and has mountain views.
