I am planning to move out of California and I need someone to take over my lease that expires in February.

The community is called Avalon Camarillo. It is a clean, beautiful community with a big pool and state of the art gym with updated equipment. They even have a doggy spa! The workers are the absolute best! They always go above and beyond to accommodate you, and if there are any issues, they always respond right away.

About the apartment:

The apartment is a cute 1 bedroom apartment, with a kitchen that has updated appliances (brand new fridge, microwave, stove and dishwasher). It comes with a cute patio thats perfect to sit outside and sip coffee while you soak in the beautiful weather. There is also a walk in closet and a huge bathtub perfect for those who love taking bubble baths.

The apartment is on the third floor, which isnt very high up, but its perfect for those who worry about noisy neighbors. Ive had zero issues. Also comes with a garage space and includes washer/dryer in the unit (all brand new!)

Price is as follows: $2460 a month plus $80 for fast speed internet package that amounts to $2540 every month.
