Ive absolutely loved living here the community is amazing! The complex features a rooftop pool, gym, and sauna, and its incredibly quiet and luxurious. Theres also a beautiful coffee shop downstairs, along with a cozy den and study nook.
My 2-bed, 2-bath unit is a great deal at $2,404 per month thats about $150-$200 below the listing price. The apartment is 1,070 sq. ft. and offers a lot of space.
Youll need to complete the administration paperwork there is an income requirement but for college students parents can always cosign :) & this is with the apartment management (not me), no security deposit needed I am allowing mine to transfer as an incentive/bonus.
