Hello! I would like to sublease my apartment on a month-to-month basis while I am out of the country. I am open to other rental terms as well. This apartment is right on the beach, right on the hike and bike beach path! You can walk to downtown or Belmont Shore. The unit includes air-conditioning and heating, a dishwasher, an all-in-one laundry washer, microwave, etc. This also includes 1 parking space in the garage. Ill leave my high-speed wifi and cable service. We can discuss the electric bill - it is not included in the cost. I can either furnish it for you with new furniture, or you can bring your own. There are two bedrooms. Currently 1 bedroom is an office and gym with an elliptical and free weights. We can discuss other options if you are interested.
