Im moving out early and looking for someone to take over my lease. Apartment will become available around October 1st and lease ends on January 31st (but available for renewal). The apartment is in the Durham/Morrisville area (Davis Park) - 1BR, 3rd floor, well-kept with a nice view overlooking the pool. 842 sq ft. Nice, quiet complex, friendly residents, great management and maintenance - been here 2+ years and never had a problem. Rent is $1,585/month.
