I am trying to transfer my lease at the retreat in Denton! I pay 850 a month and my room comes with a balcony. It is a 4x4 with a half bath downstairs, the amenities are great, and we have valet trash! The apartment is a townhouse style and already comes fully furnished with a TV as well! The apartment itself is very spacious as well! This is a 12 month lease period! It is until the end of next July! Available for move in immediately! I am also paying $100 upfront to whoever applies and signs!
