My roommate and I are both students at friendly University and planning on spending our spring semester abroad and are looking for to sublet from January-April 2025. We live in Tilden Hall apartments, just a few blocks away from the Van Ness Metro station. Our place is two-bed two-bath, with one of the bathrooms private in one of the rooms. The kitchen and living area are very large and open, with a huge window and balcony in the unit. We also have in-unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a 5-stove gas burner. Most utilities are included except for electricity and wifi. We will leave the place mostly furnished with a 6-person couch, a dining table (once we get it) 2 full-sized beds, kitchen/cooking utensils, lighting, and we are willing to take down/leave up decorations, whichever you prefer.
