Roommates are 2 guys and 2 girls between 29-42 and all are super nice and laid back people. There are two dogs in the house currently but another animal would not be an issue as long as they can get along well.
The house has a huge backyard, nice big kitchen, easy going landlord, and you would be sharing the hallway bathroom with only one other girl. Rent in $675/month with a $675 deposit.
Just as a warning, most of the furniture pictured is already gone as it belongs to me so the house has a lot of empty space currently but that means theres lots of space for your stuff!
