Hi there, Im Gracie and I live with my roommate, Kelvin, were both 22 and currently in school, looking for someone to sublease the third room in our welcoming home in Denton. We value privacy and respect, and weve cultivated a safe and understanding atmosphere that makes our house a great place to study and relax.

Our 3 bed 2 bath house is conveniently located within 10 minutes of the local universities, making it ideal for students. The common areas include a furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for your things, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. We dont have any pets at the responsibleent nor plan on having anytime soon, but if you have a pet they will need to be approved by our landlord.
