All Utilities are included except for electric, which is under $30 a month, and offers free Wi-Fi , a pool, study lounge, and resident gym with a shuttle service to Howard University & UMD.
The apartment is located in Hyattsville, Md with a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station with a mall, a movie theater and grocery store located across the street.

I am also including a full mini fridge/freezer, a foldable couch, a storage Ottoman, a $100 gift card and a coverage of the $250 move in fee!
