It is a cozy place, fully furnished, three minutes to subway station, ten minutes to TMU, fifteen minutes to Eaton Centre, twenty minutes to UoFT. Laundry in the second floor that also has gym, recreation centre, theatre, party lounge etc. Parking available but to be paid separately. I am looking for a tenant who will keep the place as precious as I keep.
