Property is a duplex in spring branch, in a prime location less than 15 mins away from downtown! Theres anything you could need all within a 10 min drive of the property. The open room available is a 14x14 & has an ensuite bathroom. The property is basically a house, has a full backyard, large dining and living room areas, fully furnished kitchen & a 2 car garage. Theres never been any smokers or pets, so no lingering orders. We can negotiate if you want the room furnished as is, but normally the rooms come unfurnished.
