This sun-drenched, spacious 2/2 condo (1500 sq ft) is located mere blocks away from King Soopers, Whole Foods, Union Station, Coors Field, and Commons Park.
An absolutely beautiful space that Im heartbroken to leave behind.

My room, available for sublease, is the primary bedroom with a private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet. The ceilings are 18-20 feet tall, and the entire condo is hardwood flooring with granite countertops.

The condo also has a spacious balcony and a deeded parking spot (free parking!) in a secured garage with a large lockable storage container in front of the parking spot. Laundry in unit

The other bedroom is occupied by my roommate, who works from home and seldom leaves his room, so its practically like living alone.

HOA covers water, wifi is Google Fiber and is paid for the year and you only pay for electricity which is about $65 a month.

Looking for move-in ASAP or preferably within the end of September, or beginning of October range. Im more than happy to meet you and show you the condo so you know its real! I leave on the 30th of Sept so absolutely need someone asap.
