Its a full amenity building with doorman, elevator, pool, gym, balcony, laundry in unit. One bedroom, one bath. Rent base is 2475 + water, gas, sewer, trash etc which is usually around an extra 100 per month. Electric is separate as well. The lease ends end of January with option to renew. You will need to apply, but application fee can be covered. Youll need to submit paystubs to show 3x monthly rent.
