I am subleasing my studio in coeval in the south loop from now until Aug 20, 2025 (could pick an earlier end date if you wish). The building is very close to the museum campus metra station (7 min walk), and a bus number 4 station (1 min)
The location is very safe and the building/management has excellent ratings (Check google). Its close to Trader Joes as well as other grocery shops, and countless other retail stores.
The studio is 521sqf, unfurnished and very clean. I am happy to provide a video of the actual unit for anyone interested.
The original rental fee is $1868, however I am willing to drop a $200 off the monthly fee.
