Very nice and clean apartment with high ceilings and ample space for all of your needs. The laundry room is spacious and incredibly convenient. The wifi is very fast and reliable with router in each unit. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond, and the leasing office staff is very kind and accommodating. The apartment is in a prime location near Ferris State and walking distance to the strip malls and Planet Fitness. Very quiet apartment complex with thick walls that provide quality privacy. The apartment also has a wonderful view of the beautiful Katke Golf Course and with the unit being on the first floor, move-in is made much easier and you have a convenient patio that is lovely.
