Looking for someone to sublease my apartment! I have the lease until the end of May 2025. Im sure youd be able to extend (but the price would be slightly higher since I am discounting the rate to fill the unit). The building is in a central location and has ammenities such as a clubhouse, outdoor pool, community garden, elevator, in-unit laundry and fitness center.
