There are coin laundry machines in the building shared by all tenants. There is a parking lot and plenty of street parking around the building. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. We have absolutely loved living here and hope someone else will enjoy it as much as we have :) Lots of space, great location, nice quiet neighbors, and a very cute space.
