Hello, looking for a subletter for this upcoming winter/spring, flexible on the dates, somewhere around January to April is what I am thinking right now. If you would also like to stay the summer that might work too. Located one block from Tufts campus so I am thinking a graduate student looking for a place for the semester might be a good fit. Roommates are 2 easy going professionals, low key, very respectful individuals with early work days during the week. I would want to introduce you to them and make sure the living situation is a good fit before starting the paperwork. Small independent landlord who is attentive and requires a standard credit/background check for subletters. This is the same process we went through before signing the lease. I have lived in this apartment for a year already, living room, dining room, kitchen and two porches (one private porch off my bedroom) are fully furnished/stocked. My bedroom is also furnished. I would prefer to sublet the room furnished but I can move out furniture if you would like. I hope we can connect and help each other out. Best, George.
