I am looking for someone to sublet/take over a lease in a 2bed/2bath in Northeast DC. There is in-unit laundry and rent is $1525/month. Looking for a female student or easy going professional in their twenties. You would be sharing a kitchen, living room, and laundry room with another female student around that same age range. You would have your own private room and bathroom (unfurnished). The lease ends on June 27, 2025 with choice to renew after it ends. It is close to the metro.
