I have an apartment I am subleasing if you are interested. I am looking for a male or female to sublet my apartment room to due to a change in schooling. No problems otherwise. The 760 a month includes rent, parking, internet, renters insurance, trash and anything else that must be payed for monthly. There is trash pickup, parking in a parking garage, and internet is included. There is in unit laundry as well. You have your own room with a connecting bathroom and closet. Has 2 roommates who are outgoing, polite, clean, and neat girls. You would have room A which is separate from the other two. There is a pool, gym, maintenance on stand by upon request, a study room, and friendly staff. Lease will be transferred to your name and can move in as soon as November but no later than January.
