i am looking to sublet my room, 1 bed with private bath offered in 2 bd 2.5 bath 1400 sq ft apt (Campbell)

About roommates: There are 2 roommates in the other private bedroom. One of them is a googler.

Room is available from October 23rd to December 10th, 2024.
Total rent for the room is $400 per week or 1500$ per month (includes utilities).
150$ cleaning fee. (Assuming no particular damage).
Free Parking is in the garage underneath the apartment building. There is an elevator directly into the building. Please let us know if you intend to park and we will procure a garage key for you.
There is no direct street access to the unit. There are two common doors, both requiring passcodes, from the street, or a garage entrance which also requires a code. There is also a physical key required to access the apartment itself.
Please note the unit has stairs, both in the entrance and in the apartment itself. There is elevator access from the garage.
The bedroom and bathroom (all private) is approximately 350 square feet. Includes a large closet and two windows. The bedroom available is the one in the photos. The other bedroom is not pictured.
Unit is furnished with a bed, dresser, night table, and lamp. Bed is queen size and comes with bedding. Shared area is furnished and includes living room, half bath, balcony, kitchen, and entrance area.

In-unit washer/dryer. Central heating in all rooms.
Location approximately 10 minute walk from downtown Campbell, 5 miles from Diridon Station, and a few miles from Santana Row. Across a small street from Safeway, Togos, Starbucks. Specific location available upon inquiry. There is a Bus stop about 1 min away on foot. It also has parking and bike stands (or you can store bikes on the bus).
s. No other house rules apart from generic mutual understanding of quiet hours and keeping the kitchen and other common areas clean after use.
