i live really close to friendly university in a very cute apartment with one roommate. ill be abroad in the spring and am looking for someone to take my room when im abroad! you have your own bathroom and bedroom plus a large living room. if youre interested or know anyone abroad in the fall right now who needs a place to live for spring, please message me! looking for someone clean, quiet, and friendly.
my room is furnished with a desk, vanity, full length mirror, bookcase, full size bed, dresser, and i have a walk in closet!
also - if you have a car, there is a free parking spot that comes with the apartment.
its $1700 a month including utilities plus wifi which is around ~$38 a month. laundry is not in unit but has a shared room downstairs.
there is also a gym in building.this is a 2 bed 2 bath
