Were subletting our beautiful, fully furnished flat 10 min walk from Treptower Park & 7 minute bus/bike ride from the ring for 1 month, from March 13th to April 15th (flexible). Its a 63sqm flatt with two comfortable bedrooms that double as home offices, a double bed with a luxury mattress and a 1m flatscreen TV, as well as an oven, full-size fridge, microwave and dishwasher, and a balcony overlooking the green forested area. Im currently using one room as a bedroom and the other as a home office/living/dining room. The flat is in Plnterwald, one of the safest, greenest areas in Berlin. Its a 3 minute walk from the forest, and a 20-minute walk from Treptower Park - THE place to be in Berlin spring! Our flat is only 25m from Alexanderplatz with public transportation, located on the ground floor, 1 minute from the nearest bus stop.
Rent per month is 1300EUR, and utilities & internet are 100EUR. We request a deposit of 500EUR which will be returned to you on the day of your departure. Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed in our flat.
