Hello! I have two individual leases for rooms in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment at an off campus luxury apartment complex, Eastern on 10th. Each room has a private bathroom and is $794/a month each. The application fee is $125 and I need someone to move in ASAP!!! The apartment will not help replace my lease and I will not be able to afford this rent on top of my current one by next month.
