My apartment room at the complex 10 North is available for subletting during the spring semester of 2025 (January - June). I have lived here for three years already and have had a great experience so far, but I will be moving in the spring semester. Included in the unit is the following amenities: washer, drier, dish washer, TV, and personal bathroom connected to your bedroom. Things included in rent: all utilities except electric.
