Hello, I seek someone to take over my lease for the remaining six months. The two-bedroom apartment is located downtown next to Rideau Mall and is furnished. Plus, its a new building with a lot of nice amenities, penthouses, game rooms, a gym, and a lot of common areas. its a two-bedroom you can also bring someone in and share the 2497 rent money into two like I am currently doing with my cousin, or rent all of it if you want privacy. the location is next to everything, including groceries, a shopping mall, a byward market, and the University of Ottawa. As an incentive, I am looking to pay the last month of whoever takes the lease.
