Hello. I am looking to see if anyone is interested in taking over my lease that ends 4/30/24. The studio is located nicely between Lincoln Park and Lakeview and a quick walk away (less than 5 mins.) from the Diversey Brown Line CTA train station. Its a quiet little side street that is close to the action. There is also a dog park named Wiggly Field, Starbucks, 7/11, Chipotle, Trader Joes, and the entire new Lincoln Common area nearby with a ton of new stores. Pet friendly! New ceiling fan and light with remote control. Water and gas included are the utilities included with the rent. Ive lived in this apartment since right before the pandemic. Im only choosing to move from Chicago to be closer to my family back down south because otherwise I could see myself living here way longer.
