The lease start date for this bedroom is flexible. Any time in late December-early January works. I will also be leaving some personal utilities behind, including a queen sized bed, a personal desk (as shown in the image), a nightstand, and a reading lamp. The apartment has been fully furnished for months, and every basic utility from Wifi, refrigerator/freezer, laundry/drying machines, dishwasher, and air conditioning is included. All furniture will also remain upon your arrival, as both roommates will be staying on the lease contract. Although your personal room will be a den (smaller than the other two bedrooms without a window), it includes two closets, one of which is a walk-in closet (as shown in the image), alongside a vent with AC airflow. Additionally, you will be paying $200 less than the other two roommates for monthly rent. The starting price will be $1600 a month, alongside a $60-75 expense for monthly utilities. Considering the apartment size, location, and amenities (gym, two lobby lounges, rooftop, courtyard), this price is hard to beat, and I greatly enjoyed my five months here and saved a lot of money.
