A charming house in cool neighbourhood.

I am looking for a minimal 3-month stay.
No rentals during Summer, as I typically come back.

Its an ideal house for parents with 2 or 3 kids.
Youll have a nice open area on the first floor with large garden in the back.
All bedrooms (3 with 4 beds) are on the second floor. Rooms have private balconies.
There is a parking spot for tenants.
Its a 1905 building that I renovated. There are still things to do in the house but the most important - kitchen and bathrooms - were fully renovated recently.

The house is amazingly located. 5 minutes walk from everything a city dweller needs!
The neighbourhood is truly vibrant, everyone loves it! Its a village within a city.
