We are students at University of Colorado Boulder heading abroad for our spring semester. The apartment is available from January 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025. We are hoping to fill all 3 bedrooms at least for a portion of the 7 months if not the entire time. This unit is newly renovated with an updated kitchen and stackable washer dryer in the unit.
