The bedroom has a bedframe and mattress, a desk, a chair, and a dresser.

The unit is on the ground floor. It has:
a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric stove, and refrigerator
a common room with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and chair, a coffee table, and an entertainment center that is currently occupied by the roommates TV, which he will probably let you use if you ask (as he lets me)
a laundry area with a washer and dryer

The occupant of the other bedroom is a senior at UNT. He is often absent from the apartment, so youll have this place to yourself most of the time.

The amenities here are quite good. The main office has unlimited free black-and-white printing, and theres a decent pool, a basketball court, a volleyball court, a big grassy field, a fitness center with a reasonable assortment of equipment (though no power rack), an art studio, and two practice rooms. Ive never seen another apartment complex with practice rooms. Theyre fantastic. Dead Stereo rehearses in them sometimes.

Anyway, I think this place is a great deal if youre living by yourself.
