Hi there! I am subleasing my room until the beginning of next August (5th). Its in a 3 bed, 2 bath, with two female Columbia students. You would have a shared bathroom with one of roommates. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and includes a huge balcony about half the size of the actual apartment. Its on 14th and Michigan, its in a great area with two schools next to it and lots of parks around. Its a 10 min walk to the Roosevelt Station. Theres security at the front desk 24/7 and the building has a gym and movie room. Theres also parking available with the apartment if you have a car. Im looking for someone who can move in asap but am flexible and can offer one month rent free. The rent is $1,000 and with no utility bill just Wi-Fi which is $15 a month.
