Place of 3 other boys that are very friendly and clean. There is also a cat that is very nice.

Parking is available if that is needed for no extra cost.

There is laundry on site. There is also a garage if you need extra storage for anything large or a bike, etc

The room is a nice room with enough space for storage and nightstands. Large closet space with hooks to keep clothes and other storage.

I am planning on taking my furniture in the bedroom when I move out, however, I am willing to sell some of it if you need it and do not want to buy it elsewhere.

I am also willing to pay for the first month.
