Hello! I am currently in a lease for an apartment in Morgantown, West Virginia, with my lease extending to May 2025. However, I need to move out of this apartment in January 2025 instead, which the establishment will not allow me to do without having someone to take over my lease in my place.

Approx. $450 /mo, electricity is the only utility being paid.

3 BE/3 BA apartment, 1 roommate who is incredibly courteous and quiet. There is nobody living in the third room at the responsibleent.

Separate bathroom for yourself attached to your room.

Lease comes with access to a pool, gym, and recreational area at the main office.

Complimentary parking lot.

Bus shuttle straight from the apartments.
