There is already female tenant living there, she is a student at ASU. The end of the lease is 5/15/2024. The building has a gym, 2 laundry units, dog park, and a pool. The apartment is very close from campus less than 10min walk, its very close form public transit, and there is a free shuttle stop just across the street.
