Rent for 2 months (Jan - Feb), this apartment in their website states 695 per month but the actual fees will be 900 plus everything, I will only charge for 500 for each month, full furniture(kitchen table, chair, computer desk, bed frame, mattress), free parking, water, trash, sewage and gas.
