Hi! My roommate and I are looking for to sublet our whole apartment for the upcoming spring semester, as we both will be studying abroad. It is a 2 bed/1 bath located right off of Langdon (222 E. Lakelawn Pl), and has a private dock during the warmer months for tenants to use. Rent is $827 per person plus utilities, which arent too much. Laundry is located in the building as well.
