Looking to sublet my apartment! I need to relocate as I work in Southern Denver. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment is on the fourth floor and has mountain views and easy access to i25 and route 34!

Current roommate: 24-year-old female
Works nights 3 days a week and is off 4 days. She has a friendly Great Pyrenees, Bella, who is super calm and very well behaved! Bella also gets along very well with other dogs and she has lived with a cat in the past with no issues. The apartment will also allow up to 2 more pets!

Conveniently located near Scheels, Hobby Lobby, Ulta, Cheba Hut, Mod Pizza, etc. Very easy access to i25 and 34. Great neighborhood vibe!

Monthly Rent: ~$1,100
Available: October 19th, 2024 (wont have to pay rent til the first of November; so no prorated rent)
Lease goes until July 31st, 2025
