Move-in would be November 1st and the lease ends May 31st 2025. The management company is involved and would have you apply for the apartment! There is a $75 application fee and they do run a credit check.

The one available bedroom has a good sized closet and sunny windows, the 2nd bathroom would be yours to share with the other roommate, the 2nd roommate has the master with a bathroom in her room.

The building is recently renovated and well managed, its a small building too with only 6 units.
