Hi! Im looking for someone to take over my lease on a 2bd/2ba apartment in North East, MD. The lease will end 7/25/2025 and will be available early November (flexible if needed). The new tenant will need to fill out a basic apartment application with the property manager. There is a deposit of one months rent (negotiable).

Gas, electric, water and trash are included in rent. You will be responsible for water (around $50/monthly).
