Hi, Im looking to sublease my room at Yugo Skybox in a 4 bed 2.5 bath unit starting on January 1st and ending mid August. The rent per month is $769 plus electricity which averages around $10 per month. This is a co-ed apartment with two guys and one girl who are all super welcoming and open.
