Hello! My three roommates and I are going abroad for the Spring Semester and we are looking for people sublease our apartment. We live in a corner unit in The Hub (4x2B). There are floor to ceiling windows in each room with built in curtains, a washer/dryer unit in the apartment, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, and it comes fully furnished. The Hub also has amazing amenities. There is a rooftop pool, a gym, a mail room, grills on the roof, countless study rooms, and a sauna. In addition, The Hub is right next to South Campus and the business school. We are currently paying 1300 a month each but we are more than willing to negotiate the price.
