Must be rented to a people as two other people are currently living there. Both easy to get along with and very clean. They are both college students who go to bed at reasonable hours and keep to themselves. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of them, but she is very clean. The room itself is very spacious. It is in a good location, only 5 minutes from the redline Addison stop. The maintenance crew are very efficient with any problems you may encounter. Applying to live there is simple and doesnt require much work. The laundry is close to the unit and cheap to use.
