Also 10 minutes drive from University of Houston campus. The lease ends May 31st, 2025 with opportunity to renew. I would ideally like to move out by Dec 1st. In order to sub lease the apartment you will have to pass the screening for income and credit. Nice amenities including Gym, game room, and dog park. Property management company is very responsive as well. I would stay here until my lease ends but I have a family emergency thats forcing me to move states.
