Looking to rent out the beautiful 2 bedroom condo I just signed a 1 year lease for at the Mark Condominiums right on Brickell Bay as I need to go back to LA. I have it fully furnished now but am flexible to accommodate whatever you need and can unfurnish as well.

View cant be beat, terrific amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, raquetball, 24 hr front desk attendants, club room, meeting room, theres even a self check out market in the building. Also a great restaurant attached with a perfect bay view as well called Crazy About You. They have a staffed package receiving area which receives all packages and can send out any as well. I didnt have a car since you can literally walk everywhere in Brickell but you would kid have my parking spot if needed of course as well.
