This is a sublease for a room in a 4 bed 4 bath apartment at the Crimson in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. After contacting me I would put you in contact with the leasing manager for the property and we would continue the process from there. The roommates currently in the apartment are all male and all in college. The lease would be from the middle of January 2025 to July 2025. The property is only a 5 minute drive from the University of Alabama campus and really close to Bryant-Denny Stadium. There is a shuttle that runs from the property to campus every 30 minutes as well. The room is fully furnished and has a private bathroom. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer.
