The room is Room A on the bottom floor, featuring a connected bathroom also accessible from the main space. It is an individual lease, and with their process, if you sublease, you take over the previous tenants rent price, and mine is only 700, whereas new listings are for 800 at the lowest.

Rent: $700/month + $15/month for the conservation fee

Current Roommate: 1 girl who is friendly and keeps the place clean (is fine with either guys/girls/etc. moving in)
