Hello! My roomate and I are needing to relocate for school and work reasons. We are both graduate students and are needing to sublease ASAP. Its a 5 minute walk to the Metra and CTA, also near several grocery stores and restaurants. There is street parking that is manageable or you can pay for an assigned spot. (I pay for a spot so there is availability when I leave) On site there is laundry, a fitness center, storage, and bike storage. There are plenty of parks nearby as well as its a family oriented neighborhood, but also caters to students. Option to sign on new lease afterwards or sooner. All contracts for subleasing must be approved by the apartment complex. There is a $50 application fee for a background check, but it is easy to get approved.
