Hi!! I am looking for someone to sublease my room starting in December. The lease goes until late July and the rent is $789/ month (minus $10 for valet trash and any utilities that go over the $90 included budget). I am trying to move out of Wilmington for so let me know if you are interested! The room has its own walk-in closet, bathroom, and high ceilings. It is part of a 3 bed 3 bath apartment on the third floor with a spacious patio. The complex is less than 5 minutes away from the UNCW campus and there are shuttle stops at every entrance. The pool and gym here are also nice and clean and ive used them many times. My other 2 roommates are female students and pet friendly I can give you their info if you are serious about moving in.
